Privacy Policy – Student ID Grabber

The Student ID Grabber Chrome extension is developed and maintained solely for internal use by The Academy for GOD.

Information We Collect

• The extension does not collect, transmit, or store any personal or sensitive user data.
• When used on the Academy’s secure attendance report webpage, it enables the user to copy only Student ID numbers (numeric codes used for internal processing).
• The extension does not access or collect names, addresses, phone numbers, or other personally identifiable information.

How Information Is Used

• Student ID numbers copied with this extension remain on the user’s local clipboard.
• The user may paste these IDs into the Academy’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) system to process attendance for absent students.
• No information is sent to external servers, third parties, or the extension developer.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

• The extension does not share data with any third parties.
• No analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies are used.

Data Storage and Retention

• No data is retained by the extension.
• Clipboard contents are temporary and under the user’s control.

User Control

• The extension acts only when the user clicks the “Copy Student IDs” button.
• It does not run in the background or automatically collect any data.

Security

• The extension operates only on the Academy’s private attendance report webpage.
• It cannot access data from other sites, applications, or devices.

Scope of Use

This extension is intended exclusively for staff of The Academy for GOD and is not intended for public use.
